DOCUMENTATION THAT MUST ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION.

1. Learner ID size photo's x 2

2. Learner Birth Certificate / Identity Document if over 16 years of age.

3. Learner's Latest School Rapport - The latest Term Rapport.

4. Parent / Guardian (Account Holder) Proof of Residence.

5. Parent / Guardian (Account Holder) Salary Advice AND Reference Letter from Employer (Just to say you are employed and that is your employee number) (Both mother and father if there is both)

6. Parent / Guardian (Account Holder) Copy of ID Document (Both mother and father.)

7. Copy of medical aid membership certificate or card (back and front) if available.

8. Code of Conduct must be signed by both parents and student and accompany the application. (code of conduct will be given to the learners in the new year)
